Cyber Talent Program

The Cyber Talent Program, inspired by ADEO's 2021 social responsibility project titled "Blue Team Expertise" was implemented with the aim of offering the program to sponsored companies or organizations. The primary purpose of the program is to connect companies with young talents eager to work in the field of cyber security, enabling them to gain knowledge and experience at a level suitable for employment within the relevant companies.

The Cyber Talent Program, expected to span a duration of two months, consists of the following steps:

Cyber Hire

This service aims to address the challenges faced by companies in finding cyber security experts by identifying appropriate candidates that meet both the candidate's and the organization's expectations.

Within the scope of this service, we determine if the cyber security position required by the companies matches the potential candidate and if the knowledge level of the potential candidates is suitable for the relevant position. Technical evaluation studies are conducted to support this assessment. In this way, we ensure that our customers are connected with the right candidates as quickly as possible.
