ADEO CYBER SECURITY SERVICES (collectively "ADEO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) disclose in this Notice how we collect personal information via this website that link to this Notice (“Site”).
This Notice does not apply to other data collection and processing activities, including data we collect offline or that we process for our corporate and institutional customers which use our services, and other offerings.

We may update this Notice from time to time in our sole discretion. If we modify our Notice, we will post the revised version here with an updated revision date. If we make material changes to our Notice, we may also notify you as required by applicable law. By continuing to use our Services after the new Notice takes effect, you understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the revisions and to abide by them.

What Kinds of Personal Information Do We Collect?

Blog Subscription: We may collect your contact data (name-surname, e-mail) in order to contact you if you request the blog subscription from us.
Your subscription request to our Cyber Security Bulletins/Reports: We may collect your contact data (name-surname, e-mail, phone number, organization name and title) in order to contact you if you request the Cyber Security Bulletins/Reports subscription from us.
Contact with us: We may collect your contact data (name-surname, e-mail, phone number, organization name and title, request subject) when you send us a question or request for information about our services and expertise, sign up for our public cybersecurity reports, webinars or events, request our services, request feedback.
Request to participate in webinars and other events organized by Adeo: We may collect your contact data (name-surname, e-mail, phone number, organization name and title) in order to contact you and respond to your event participation request.
Job Applications: We may post job openings and opportunities on our Sites. If you respond to one of these postings, we may collect your personal information such as your application, CV, cover letter, and/or any other information you provide to us.
Automatic Data Collection: We don’t receive any additional personal information automatically and don’t use Cookies, when you use our Web Site.

How and For What Purposes Do We Process the Information We Collect?

We may process your personal data;  to provide you our services you have requested, to fulfill our corporate administrative legitimate purposes, to communicate with you regarding requested matters, and for other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.

We may share the Data processing purposes regarding the data we collect through the website above with the service providers and vendors that support us in the provision of our Services. These include, in particular, our domestic and international partners who provide event support to us, legal and professional advisors such as the event transportation-accommodation organization company, our auditors and our legal advisors, and third-party service providers who provide related services.
We may share your personal data when required by legal, governmental or judicial authorities, law enforcement or national security requests, and legal processes such as court orders, which we believe are required by applicable law, to comply with relevant authorities.

Our company's headquarters is in the Republic of Turkiye and we have national/international partners and service providers.
